Who is it for?
Design & Product Partner is built for startups and scale-ups that need senior design without the cost or risk of hiring. If your idea is moving fast but design is the bottleneck, Atico³ gives you two senior designers on your product, taking UX/UI all the way to front-end code (React, Next.js or Astro): the full site for a marketing project, or production-ready front-end your dev team plugs into the backend. Cancel whenever you want.
How does it work?
The subscription service is a monthly plan that gives you access to two senior-level designers who will be dedicated to your project. Simply send your design requests by email or directly to the Trello board, and our team will deliver design proposals within 1-2 working days (on average).
How many requests can I add?
You can add as many requests as you want in the queue on your Trello board. There is no limit. We will complete the tasks one by one.
How long does it take to complete a task?
The time needed to complete a task varies depending on the complexity and the necessary revisions. An email template might take us 2 days, but for example, designing a logo or a complex view of a SaaS product would take us more time and revisions with the client.
Can I give feedback and ask for changes?
Of course! When we send you a design proposal for a task, we will move it to the 'pending approval' status. If the design requires changes, we iterate on it until you are satisfied with the result.
When we move a task to 'pending approval,' we will start working on the next task in the queue so that you have time to review and evaluate the work without rush.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, we understand that a company's design needs can vary and there will be seasons with high demand and others with little. The subscription is month-to-month, and you can cancel whenever you want.
Is the monthly payment refundable?
The monthly payment is not refundable. This is because, once the payment is made, resources are allocated, and work is planned to meet the commitments of the service during that period.
